About Kazsauletservis
Kazsauletservis was established on the basis of Saulet-Studio LLP in 2007 for implementation of energy-efficient and passive houses in Kazakhstan. Management board and leading specialists have studied in the Passive House Institute, Moscow, Branch of Passive House. Darmschtat. Germany. In addition, all required knowledge was obtained in the Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig-Holstein (WAK), Kiel. The Academy provided extensive theoretical and practical experience in relation to energy-efficient technologies in construction. The Company has acquired the drilling unit KB20, which drills geothermal probes with depth up to 100 meters, for use of geothermal energy. Also Kazsauletservis is a trade agent of Viessmann and Zehnder.Viessmann has 100 years of experience in production of heating appliances. That is why we use heat pumps from this company. Our specialists visited Viessmann production facilities for experience exchange.
Our partner Zehnder is the European leader in production of air handling units. Products of this company have “Passive House” Certificate, which means high efficiency with low energy consumption. Zehnder produces all required accessories for air handling units and heating systems.
Kazsauletservis provides the following services in package:
• design of residential houses, business centers, as well as other facilities, using “Passive House” technology and Renewable Energy Sources (RES) jointly with Saulet-Studio LLP;
• construction of residential houses, business centers, as well as other facilities, using “Passive House” technology and RES;
• sale and supply of equipment for passive and energy-efficient houses;
• services for drilling of geothermal wells;
• maintenance of constructed facilities.
